The CLDR project defines a common XML vocabulary for marking up locale data. Part of the project is also the collection of such data, which is provided for download.

Ultimate Wiktionary

The aim of UW is to bring together the various existing Wiktionaries under one umbrella and thus ultimately to provide free dictionary content. There will be one database for all words of all languages that can be used, for instance, to create online glossary lookups directly from within CAT tools.
